My background is primarily Operations and Community Management. Over the last 20 years that's covered sales, customer service, online marketing, professional networking, web development, SEO, social media, pay per click, and running the day to day of businesses I've worked with. I've trained employees and other managers, hired teams, and set up automations to cut down manual work, integrating and utilizing AI wherever it helps.

I've used more software programs than I could count, and I'm self taught on all of it, which means I pick up new tools fast and solve problems on my own. It also means knowing when to ask for help. Pushing through something alone for the sake of ego usually just wastes time when there's a faster way through it.

For most of my career, the one piece I never had was custom development. I used WordPress and other platform builders to get things done, and over the last couple of years, CRM and automation tools like GoHighLevel. Twenty years of running systems and solving problems on the fly is what let me pick up modern full-stack development fast once I added it to the toolkit late last year. In 9 months I built around 10 platforms and projects start to finish, all of them fully custom builds. Most of them are live and doing exactly what they were built to do.

One example: I've worked alongside the same partner building mrcheckpoint for 13 straight years. This year I rebuilt the entire platform myself, alerts, scraping, attorney lead routing, the whole thing. Nobody keeps you around for 13 years unless you consistently show up.

That combination is what makes me useful. I'm not a developer who only knows code, and I'm not a marketer who hands the technical work to someone else. I can see a whole system, front to back, and rebuild it myself. I don't turn a 4 hour job into a 6 week timeline. I move fast, automate what I can, and try to make things easier for everyone involved. Because of how I work, I don't bill hourly anymore, I work per project or on a fixed monthly rate.

Outside of work, I've spent the last decade doing real work on myself. Healing, changing how I see things, changing how I show up. Compassion and gratitude are part of that, and so is radical accountability. When I get something wrong, I own it, look at it honestly, and use it to get better instead of protecting my ego about it. That's a big part of why I can hold boundaries, communicate clearly, and back up everything I've shared with you here.
